Awesome place to stay over night or for a week
We have been 2 times- although first experience wasn?t that great . Our second experience was awesome. Our special needs daughter loved the pool. Abs playing putt putt.
We drive up to Dunn a couple of times and then drive around the countryside . Slot of people live in park at back end . Quiet, nice people, clean
Great stopover
This is a well run, good location campground. The pull through sites are perfect. Stay for a night or a week. Very comfortable!
Best RV Park in Fayettville Area
This is by far the best RV Park we have found in the Fayettville area, and we say this after having stayed other places. The park is very well laid out and well maintained. The park offers paved interior roads, hard packed gravel at the sites- most come with a fire pit-, spacious sites while still offering privacy, 2 pools, 2 laundry facilities and bath facilities, propane, recreation areas, and an open field where they have concerts, etc. They also have a wooded trail that is about a half mile long. There are quite a few permanents that stay here (mostly because of being military) but they put them in a separate section and they are all friendly and their RVs are well maintained. They also offer cabin rentals. The only complaint I have (and I almost bumped it down a star because of it) is that the manager's son and his friends zip around here on their motorcycles with no regard for guests. They often don't wear helmets, pop wheelies, ride side ways on the motorcycles, glare at you as they go by, ride up behind cars, and ride on the trail that says "no motorized vehicles". I reported it to management not knowing it was her son. It's a safety issue for the kids that can't be more than 6th grade and it's a safety issue for the guests. Other than that, it's a very nice place to stay and even though it is right off of I-95, it is kind of off the beaten path with plenty of road biking in the area.
rv resort & cottages
This is eazy on off I95. Is in a beautiful country setting with gravel roads and large level gravel sites. 2pools and well maintained grounds. friendly staff and escorted to our large long site
Great But
Nice park, clean and well kept. Friendly people overall a five star stay. One factor made me with hold two star. CATS!! The staff has pet cats that sit around the park on the tables and approach people. A turn off to me.
Beautiful KOA CG
This is one of the nicest KOA's. Period.
They recently renovated and expanded. Two pools, individual showers at the newer pool. Screended deck by the pools w/wi-fi.
Cable TV, large shaded sites that are level. The park is clean and the well maintained land scaping adds to the beauty of the park. It's near I-95, but isoated enough to have minimal road noise. We had a deluxe site with a private patio. Nice.
One of the better KOAs
This CG has recently been renovated and enlarged. Very nice. Two pools, wide sites, good water pressure, level sites, clean place. Bring your bug spray. Well equiped store. Highway noise not excessive with EZ access to I-95.
